Zilker

Zilker Park is sort of like what Golden Gate Park is to San Francisco. It's big, green, a perfect place for big events like ACL or small ones like a birthday party and a place you end going over and over again because, really it's a huge piece of what makes up the soul of this city.

The fire engine at the playground and the Zilker Zephyr train ride are two of the things that people who grew up here, get whistful about. It's a rite of passage to play on the engine and a memory to keep forever of riding the tiny train around the park. I'm so glad that we got to do them together.

I am getting so sentimental in my old age.

Yes! And we're busily trying to find long sleeves to wear. Can't wait to see you all!
