After being terrorized at the park by the triplets of Roseville (they are truly a test of my patience) Augie was feeling cold, tired and upset. He dragged himself through the front door, declared himself sad and asked me to help make him feel better. I thought that perhaps an old fashioned grilled cheese and a cup of cocoa with marshmallows (he calls them meatballs) would cheer him up.
My personal theory on a grilled cheese sandwich is that it tastes best when someone else makes it for you (especially a Mommy) and it seems to always work magic on cold days when you are feeling blue or under the weather. Augie said the cheese made his tummy happy so my theory still stands.
