It's still rising as I write! Hopefully this loaf will turn out OK; the last time I made bread it was a brick, I think because I was so used to wedging clay to try and get the air out. I made a note to self that time to NOT pummel the thing into oblivion. We'll see. This is the recipe I used, if it comes out I'll try another one.
