Stacks

We went over to Spicewood Branch Library today for a fifteen minute storytime and I think the librarian was afraid of us. By 'us' I mean all the children at storytime of which there were eight. The babies were fine, but as soon as the toddlers started toddling she freaked. It was an empty carpeted room with stacks of chairs on one side, but I don't think she was comfortable with children at all. Poor woman was shaky and nervous after about ten minutes. I suppose she'll think better of putting out a bag of plastic whiffle balls next time. We left after five minutes because it was just too hard to play without moving. Instead we went to the children's library room and rearranged all the books according to color and gravity ; )
