Miss. Stacie Had a Steamboat
Gus and I walked over to Family Connections this morning for sing-along with Miss.Stacie. I had heard people rave about her but never seemed to make it out for a show. Everyone told me to be there early so we heeded the advice and were there, front and center (actually a bit off to the side).
Within 15 minutes the place was PACKED with parents and kids. When Miss.Stacie started singing there was an actual kid mosh pit up the front made up of her biggest fans who sang along and danced their little butts off. August was a bit overwhelmed and quiet at first but then, once he got acclimated he was a boy with singing fever and the only cure was more singing! The bubble machines at the end were mesmerizing and minty smelling.
I just can't seem to get that darn Miss. Suzy song out of my head now!
