Wednesday we were lucky enough to come by a rack of local country style feral pig ribs at the Farmers' Market. On Saturday Kris smoked them up for friends that just happened to move here on Thursday from Seattle via Italy. Here is Kris lovingly patting the ribs down with his special rub. Four hours later these were smoky delicious little meat treats.
